Owner's Story
Jose A. Sanchez is the founder and owner of Castle Keeper, a leading provider of property management and home watch solutions for luxury properties in Palm Beach County. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Jose brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients.
Originally from Paraguay, South America, Jose immigrated to the United States in 2006. Throughout his educational career, he has gained valuable experience and skills, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focused on Aviation Management from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. He has worked in various roles in the aviation and hospitality industries, as well as starting his international education consulting business.
In 2015, Jose was offered to take over a property maintenance business. Since then has been providing high-quality repairs and maintenance solutions to medium and high-income homeowners in Palm Beach County. In 2018, he acquired 'Castlekeeper of Boca' and merged it with his property maintenance business to form Castle Keeper, a comprehensive real estate management company.
With his attention to detail, excellent customer service, and extensive experience in this niche market, Jose has become a highly sought-after professional. He values honesty, transparency, efficiency, work ethic, and top-quality results and is dedicated to providing his clients with the best possible service. In 2017, he earned his real estate license and property management certification, further strengthening his qualifications in the industry.
